The Faulbrunn Alm is located 2,000 m above sea level in the middle of the Silvapark Galtür. While you enjoy the warming rays of the sun on the large terrace and take in the view of the beautiful mountain world, culinary delicacies are conjured up in the lodge, including home-produced and award-winning cheese.

At the Almhof in Galtür, owner Hermann Huber cooks himself. His recipe for success is the excellent quality of the products, which he selects seasonally and usually obtains from his own farm. He also devotes himself to his awardwinning cheese dairy as well as to the production of the Paznaun Alpine Cheese.
